HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Holistic project work.
You'll analyze processes, procurement organizations and product groups. You'll develop suitable strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and the strategic procurement process. You'll implement these strategies and deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Diverse and engaging projects.
You'll work on broad client portfolios and project assignments at home and abroad for a wide variety of industries and clients. From startups, retail, consumer goods, or the energy and automotive industries, to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Collaborative consulting.
You'll work closely with clients, preparing and participating in workshops and negotiations. You'll present processes and structures, be a direct contact for clients and build trust by developing industry understanding and engaging effectively in their respective fields.

Cross-industry development.
You'll help to build knowledge across the company by participating in various practices areas and centers of excellence. You'll also expand your expertise and continue developing your skillset in new subject areas.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic results.

1 to 3 years of experience ideally in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting during your studies.

Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity for new tasks and motivation in achieving meaningful results.

You're flexible to travel and enjoy working with international teams across different locations and cultures.

Business fluency in both Italian and English.

Compensation Information

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. Our Reward Philosophy is to take a holistic approach to offer a comprehensive package which includes market-competitive base salary, discretionary performance bonus and strong benefits that are locally relevant and support both physical and mental health. Our philosophy drives our actions and aims at being competitive, fair and easy for employees to understand. We are committed to ensuring that BCG is the best place for you to thrive and grow. The base salary for this role is at least EUR 46,000.00. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
