WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants 
  • Pre-screen applications and manage written and verbal communication with candidates 
  • Maintain and update our global recruiting database 
  • Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of interview days and recruiting events at universities 
  • Assist with internal marketing projects and employer branding initiatives 
  • Take ownership of independent projects, including research, analyses, and individual work packages

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You enjoy working precisely in a dynamic and international environment 
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills 
  • A self-starter with creativity and a friendly, positive attitude 
  • Proficient in MS Office with a good understanding of databases 
  • Fluent in both German and English 
  • Available to work at least 16 to 20 hours per week
