meet@TUM School of Management 2026 | Professional photos for your CV

First impressions count! That’s why a professional application photo is an important part of a successful job application.

As part of the meet@TUM School of Management career fair on 25–26 November 2026, members of TUM Management Alumni e.V. have the opportunity to have professional application photos taken free of charge.

The photo shoot will take place between 12:00 and 18:00.

Please book your 10-minute time slot by 23 November. Your booking is binding.

The number of available slots is limited and bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

How can I book a photo shoot at the career fair?

Bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If any slots are still available or cancellations occur, you can book a time slot directly at the TUM Management Alumni information booth at the career fair. The photo shoot will take place in the Immatrikulationshalle (Student Admissions Hall).

How can I prepare for the photo shoot?

Please arrive dressed appropriately for your appointment (business casual). A mirror will be available on-site for any last-minute touch-ups. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own styling products and accessories, such as a hairbrush, hairspray, and makeup.

When and how will I receive my photos?

The photographer will edit the photos after the shoot, so it may take some time before you receive them. Your photo will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
