Damit wir die Versammlung ordnungsgemäß durchführen können, bitten wir Dich vorab bis zum 21.10.2025. Deine Anmeldung ist wichtig, damit Du die Einladungen für das Online Meeting und für die Live-Abstimmung bekommst. Nur so kannst Du aktiv an der Versammlung teilnehmen!

5. Abstimmung zum Datenupload in Career OS:
Es geht darum, alle Alumni E-Mail Adressen als Whitelist in der neuen Networking- und Karriereplattform Career OS hochzuladen.
Dies ermöglicht Euch zukünftig eine einfache Anmeldung ohne Rückbestätigung, da Ihr dann als legitimierte Vereinsmitglieder hinterlegt seid.

We hereby invite you to the 2025 Annual General Meeting of our TUM Management Alumni e.V. association:

Date: Tuesday, October 28, 2025, 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Seminar room/Munich campus and online

Registration deadline

In order for us to conduct the meeting properly, we ask that you register in advance by October 21, 2025. Your registration is important so that you receive the invitations for the online meeting and for the live vote. This is the only way you can actively participate in the meeting!

5. Vote on data upload to Career OS:
The aim is to upload all alumni email addresses as a whitelist to the new networking and career platform Career OS.
This will enable you to register easily in the future without having to reconfirm, as you will then be registered as legitimate association members.
