As part of the TUM Management Alumni e. V. Workshop series "Alumni Insights", we are offering a career workshop for students/young professionals in cooperation with our corporate partner MLP.

The workshop on March 25, 2025, will highlight the most important topics about starting your professional career in Germany.

In the first part of the workshop, the most important factors concerning the application process will be discussed and practiced. The second portion takes a closer look to the transition from student to permanent employee and it‘s financial aspects. Basics of coming up To-Dos will be explained as well as common mistakes and how they how they can be avoided.

Optionally, committed participants are given the opportunity to conduct an individual personality and salary analysis to assess their own "market value". 

Target group: TUM School of Management & EMBA students or alumni from foreign countries with or without first work experience.
